1. Scope and Types of Submissions
The journal publishes:

All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
2. Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial team and, if suitable, are sent to independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
Authors can expect a decision within a reasonable timeframe. The editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision on publication.
